KUALA LUMPUR, April 5 (Bernama) -- Shelter Rock Capital Advisors (Shelter Rock) has formed a strategic alliance with Penmount Partners to lead its expansion in Asia.
Penmount is a Singapore-based specialist capital advisory firm, providing targeted capital market solutions to both the public and private real estate sectors throughout the region.
Its managing partner is Singapore-based real estate focused, capital advisor, Philip (Lev) Levinson. The firm’s clients include REIT's, Private Equity Real Estate Funds and Family Offices.
