The Chiba Prefectural Government has produced a guidebook and promotion video on tourism in Chiba in an effort to attract to the prefecture inbound tourists, whose number is expected to increase as the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics are scheduled to be held in 2020. The guidebook introduces 30 sightseeing routes using public transportation systems and about 250 tourist spots in Chiba Prefecture.
